Mission
.

	You are a young thinking and dynamic acting person and after finishing the university you have collected some first experiences in Purchasing
	For portfolios under complete local responsibility, all aspects of strategy definition and execution, commercial negotiation, contracts, supplier performance and development
	You will provide the factory with Local Purchasing support in case of difficulties (quality/service) with suppliers and initiate contingency planning and corrective action, involving and ensuring support from Regional Buyers when appropriate
	You will work with all the suppliers to the factory to ensure the maximum level of service (Quality, Delivery)
	You will represent Purchasing in local project teams for the implementation of New and Changed Products
	It is your mission to identify value analysis opportunities and represent Purchasing in local Value Analysis Teams. Also you will network with other local buyers to roll out the best practice and other opportunities

Requirements
.

	University degree or Business School or Engineer
	Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
	Minimum of 3 years experience in Purchasing
	You like to show your flexibility to travel occasionally
	You are problem solving, decision making and achievement orientated
	Interpersonal communication and influencing skills are no foreign word for you
	You are able to work under pressure
	To work in a team is what you like to do
	You will report to the Purchasing Manager Central Europe
