The product is used for Polishing Applications, Precision, Ceramics or as component in steel cement and glass. The Management style is casual and direct. Mission
Under the direct report of the Vice President Global Supply Chain (Member of the Board) you are responsible for the :

	Coordination and development of all processes along the Supply Chain in the European facilities including Procurement, Customer Service, Warehousing and Distribution
	Reduction of internal and external costs along the Supply Chain
	Improvement of cash flow via optimization of inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods
	Management of the Supply Chain with a team of 25 people at two manufacturing sites (Germany and The Netherlands)

Requirements
.

	5-10 years practical experience mainly in Purchasing and one other role within an industrial environment, ideally on both operational and strategic level
	BA degree in engineering and/or business
	Track record in Sourcing and Management of suppliers
	Experience in the management of teams and projects in a multicultural environment
	Fluent English and German
