Mission
.

	As part of the local Sourcing & Supplier Development team, you are responsible for the purchase of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials
	You actively take part and manage several purchasing projects in close collaboration with Industrial, R&D, Quality & Marketing services in order to improve the cost of goods sold, with a collaborative total cost of ownership approach. These projects can be innovation, renovation or cost saving oriented. Reformulation, value analysis and negotiation are at stake
	Coordination of the functional analysis on all raw materials/packaging in your portfolio (50 M€)
	Negotiation and Management of agreements with suppliers
	Monitoring of the compliance with the supply agreements (service levels, QCD targets)
	Global Sourcing and constant optimization of existing supplier basis
	Manage and Develop a team of 4 people – 2 Buyers and 2 Ass.

Requirements
.

	Minimum of 4 years experience in Purchasing and/or with raw materials/packaging
	International background via education or work
	Familiar with Food Industry
	Good understanding of business, business strategy, and business processes
	Excellent communication and negotiation skills
