Mission

	The total packaging spend is of 150M€/annum – covering all Europe
	Management role : operationally manage the team of 3 buyers and managers in charge of central packaging ; functionally manage about 10 pack material buyers and 6 purchasing directors across CBUs
	Operational buying lead activity on all non printed flexible substrates
	Coordination for the functional analysis done on non printed substrates that is aimed at filling the productivity pipe of the CBUs
	Developing supplier collaboration/relationship to better use/level their innovation capabilities
	Managing the global packaging budget construction and management of quarterly estimation analysis
	Support and challenge buyers in establishment of an effective buying strategy for each packaging category
	Effective management of overall supplier relationship and ensuring value for money
	Direct lead of the upstream flexible substrate category (30M€)
	Total expected negotiation productivity minimum 3M€
	Packaging material buying development interface for innovation topics

Requirements
.

	MBA levels and/or Engineers,
	6-8 years business experience,
	Capacity of analysis, synthesis, command of languages, basics about marketing, company strategic, finance
	Result oriented
	Good level of communication and have the ability to conduct sophisticated negotiation
	Fluent French and English minimum
